CELEBRATE LIFE WITH ART
In the last three years, since the COVID-19 pandemic began, our world as we knew it ceased to exist.
Nevertheless, we all need to stop for a moment and be grateful to life; that we are still here and have this massive opportunity to breathe and live on.
Many aspects of life has changed since.World has seen loss of economies, personal livelihoods and most importantly loss of loved ones. But do not drift away in sorrow.
It is a time to rise and reorganize, and start living with a new definition of 'normal'.
MayinArt represents the spirit of survival and thriving through the works of our artists. These works encourage us to not take life for granted, and to cherish life with all its ups and downs.
“Celebration of Life” is our theme for this art exhibition, as life is so precious and every little victory counts.
About MayinArt Gallery
MayinArt is an art curation platform based in Singapore. For the past 5 years they have been committed to supporting Asian artists, especially from Indonesia and India by bringing their works to a wider public, because they believe that art should be accessible and enjoyed by all.
The works that we present here are made by local Yogyakarta artists and the purpose of this event is also to strengthen the identity of Yogyakarta as the art capital of Indonesia.
