Keroncong a musical genre that was born from the blend of Western & Eastern cultures. The music was originally brought by Portuguese sailors in the village of Tugu Batavia since the occupation of Dutch in the early 20th century. It is widely known as 'keroncong tugu'

Merupakan genre musik yang lahir dari persilangan budaya barat & timur. Dibawa oleh para pelaut Portugis di Kampung Tugu Batavia sejak jaman pendudukan Belanda pada awal abad 20, hingga lebih dikenal dengan nama 'keroncong tugu'.
